Meditation is the practice of stilling our body and mind. It has been practised for thousands of years and is still relevant today in our fast paced world. As a society we are experiencing an increased need to ‘switch off’, this is something that many people are struggling to achieve in their daily lives.
Amy has trained with the Celtic Spiritual School in Meditation Practice and also Energy Healing. It is through her own training and practice that she discovered the benefits of meditation and the positive impact that it can have on your life.
Amy will lead the group through guided meditation sessions using visualisation and breathing techniques, designed to bring the sitter to a state of deep relaxation. No prior experience of meditation is required to attend the sessions. Below are some of the proven benefits that arise from regular meditation practice.
